Being most vital part of Paper Machine with respect to Machine Operation SALONI always tries to provide best material and components to ensure perfect and stable runnability of the SUCTION ROLL. Highly experienced team headed by specialist Senior Engineer works on assembly of the Internal Box and its properfitment into the Roll Shell.

Paper leaves the Press section and enters the dryer at consistency of 40-50%. The dryer causes further water removal by evaporation. A typical dryer section consists of from 20 to 70 steam-heated dryer cylinders. The sheet is held in intimate contact with the heated surfaces by means of dryer felts. Drying cylinders are used in the paper industry for the manufacture of paper, board, speciality papers & tissues. Our Alloyed Cast Iron Cylinders are used for installations after Size Press, after Coating and for cooling applications.

Some Paper machine contains this unit for the application of certain liquid media to the web surface. The process of applying starch solution, sizing agent or mixture of both is called surface sizing. The objective is to increase the paper strength and to modify the surface properties of the paper with respect to liduid uptake during Writing, Printing or Coating on the paper.
